Customer Care

As soon as your order has shipped, we will email your tracking information. You can sign up to receive text alerts via the tracking link in the email to get updates in real time. if we shipped your order in multiple packages, we'll send an email with the tracking information for each package. (we never charge extra for additional packages.)

please allow 48 hours for the tracking to update on the carrier’s website and check back on their website regularly for any updates.

Shipping times:

  • Local orders take 7 to 14 business days to be delivered to you delayed shipping can be 30 to 45 business days.
  • International orders take 14 to 30 business days to be delivered via Carrier E-packet, Carrier DHL, Carrier FED-EX .
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and supplier 

Shipping cost:

  • US Orders over $10 will have free shipping.
  • International Orders will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

Shipping destinations:

  • We ship within the US and select International Shipping  also available.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. 

Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax. shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

Gifting charges are non-refundable. 

Gift cards and e-gift cards will be refunded as first method of payment on all refunds where the order involved use of gift card or e-gift card. if you are returning an item that was shipped to you as a gift with a gift packing slip (you’ll be able to tell by it having encoded prices), you may choose to receive an e-gift card containing your refunded amount.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a  7-days Return & 30 day Exchange Policy:

If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.

Timing: we have a  7-days Return &  30 Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.

To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.

For returns, please email customer_care@allpearleverything.store with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.

Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.

When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.

If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Returns of full-price merchandise must be made within 7 days of purchase. 

We accept returns of unused, unworn products with original hangtags and packaging attached. 

Returns on sale merchandise must be made within 7 days of purchase.

Final sale merchandise—including merchandise discounted by 50% or more before promo codes are calculated—cannot be returned. 

Products must be unused, unworn, and in good condition with original hangtags and packaging attached. all original packaging must be intact.

Sale and select promotions are considered final sale merchandise and cannot be returned online .

We accept returns of products purchased online and shipped within the United States and Canada only. items purchased through any of our wholesale partners must be returned to the place of purchase

In the case of items damaged during shipment, please immediately contact our customer care department at 628-270-2456 for an response within 24hours. or mail us at customer_care@allpearleverything.store 

We will work with you to replace your item as fast as we can. if we are able to locate a replacement, we will send it to you at no charge to you, and will ask you to return the damaged/defective item to us using our free return service.

Canceling or Changing an Order

Because we strive to get your order shipped as quickly as possible, we cannot cancel or change an order once placed as processing begins immediately.

How to use a Promo Code

step 1 
add items to your bag and view your bag.
step 2 
click the "apply a promo code +" button. enter your code and select "apply." if your discount qualifies, it will be displayed in your shopping bag and in your order summary throughout the checkout process.
step 3 
proceed to checkout to complete your order. If you didn't apply the code in when you were viewing your bag, you can also apply a promo code during checkout. in the payment section, check the "apply a gift card or promo code" box. then enter your promo code and select "apply."

Sales Tax

Tax charges are based on state and local tax laws and rates for your delivery address and is calculated at checkout. 

Where required, tax is also applied to shipping and handling. 

We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of gift cards or e-gift cards. However, items paid for with gift cards or e-gift cards will be charged applicable sales tax.

Using Multiple Payment Methods

You can pay for your purchase with a combination of payment methods, such as combining a promotion and a credit card.

Only one credit card may be used per transaction. this includes bank-issued gift cards with a credit card logo, such as American express gift cards.
If you paid for part of your order with a gift card and are returning it for a refund, we will refund to the gift card before refunding to another form of payment.

International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy.

Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods:

The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for USA.

Please keep the item natural dry do not exposed the item to the burning sun.* Put item away and put in dry place properly.Even cultured pearls with thicker coatings are more fragile than most other gemstones, so you must handle them carefully to keep them in the best condition.Your pearls will stay cleaner if you put them on after you've applied your makeup and perfume.
  • Be sure to take off your pearl rings before you apply hand and body creams.
  • Wipe your pearls with a soft, lint-free cloth as soon as you take them off. The cloth can be dampened with water or it can be dry. If damp, allow the pearls to air dry before putting them away.
  • Dirty pearls can be cleaned with a mild soap and water solution (try Ivory flakes).
  • Never clean your pearls with solutions that contain ammonia or harsh detergents.
  • Don't put pearl jewelry in an ultrasonic cleaner.
  • Don't use abrasive cleaners or rub pearls with abrasive cloth. Both can wear away the nacre coating, leaving you with a plain looking bead
